A DINNER OF NOTHING
This project was about residues, I created a six-course meal only from the shell of the ingredients that we eat daily.
The culinary world has a big influence on me. I find it very similar to the world of design in many ways.
We live the culture of affluence in the western world, we throw huge amounts of food while some of us are starving. I try to show it by bringing the "dirt" to the cleanest place it possible- in this chef table there is nothing to enjoy of.
